The Giza complex consists of three main pyramids, six little pyramids, the glorious sphinx, and the house of immortality valley temple. The Great Pyramid It's a must-see attraction as it is the last intact structure of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World plus is one of the biggest structures in the world. It dates to 2580 BC which makes it older than 4500 years old. The Great Pyramid was constructed in 20 years using 2,300,000 pieces of limestone each weighing 2.5 tons and a workforce of 100,000 free skilled workers, which resulted in creating a pyramid standing at the height of 147 m (481 ft) which made it the tallest building in the world for 3800 years until the construction of the Lincoln Cathedral in England in 1311. The Great Sphinx One of a kind statue in the world due to its massive size and magnitude, it has the shape of a mythical creature called the Sphinx which has the body of a lion and the head of a man who was probably King Khafre to represent power and wisdom. It is known as Abu Al-Hawl which is Arabic for The Father of Terror. The Sphinx has a height of 73 m (240 ft) and 19 m (66 ft) and was carved out of single limestone rock. Just like the great pyramids its origin & age is shrouded with a lot of unanswered questions. The Valley Temple The place where the Mummification process took place. The valley was constructed within Egypt's old Kingdom (2686 2134 BC). It is one of the best-preserved structures of the ancient Egyptian civilization and the source of great information about the mummification of Ancient Egypt. The valley is made entirely from limestone, and granite, and holds magnificent diorite statues of King Khafra.

The Grand Egyptian Museum The Grand Egyptian Museum is a miraculous institute loaded with captivating archaeological marvels, aligned with the golden pyramids of Giza, and spans nearly 490,000 square meters. It serves as an ethereal entrance to 5,000 years of history, illuminating the artistry, spirituality, and enduring legacy of ancient Egypt for generations to come. It bridges ancient Egypt and modern innovation through advanced architecture, artistic sense, and immersive storytelling. GEM is designed to have one of the biggest conservation centers in the Middle East, along with research labs and educational facilities dedicated to preserving Egypt’s heritage. Everyone can marvel at treasures such as the Hanging Obelisk, the 11-meter colossus of Ramses II, and the complete collection of over 5,000 artifacts from Tutankhamun. The Unfinished Obelisk The Unfinished Obelisk is one of Aswan's unique monuments, it was ordered by Queen Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) to stand at the entrance of the Karnak temple with the Lateran obelisk which resides today at the Lateran palace in Rome. It was known as "Tekhenu" which means "Pierce the Sky" and shows how obelisks were made and the method of construction in Ancient Egypt, it reached the height of 42 m and weighed 1200 tons. What makes it special is the unique design of the temple as it has a distinctive double design divided into two identical sectors" one for the crocodile god Sobek and the other for the falcon sky god Horus.  Edfu temple Edfu Temple is one of the last temples ever built during the Ptolemaic era between 237 BC & 57 BC to be the official worship house of the sky god Horus. It is believed it was built in the same location where the fight between the devil god Set and Horus took place according to Osiris Myth. It came to light when it was excavated in 1860 by Auguste Mariette a French Egyptologist in 1860.
